The Role: Sales Administrator
We currently seek to recruit a keen, enthusiastic, team player to contribute to the effective running of James Donaldson Timber Ltd based in Leven, Fife. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and controlling information relating to the sale of goods. You will be based in our Sales Department and will support the Sales team by ensuring that data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner into our systems.
Key elements of this role will involve:
- Processing of sales orders
- Processing of order amendments
- Control of consignment stock
- Provision of cover for other sales and production roles
- Adhoc duties as required
The successful candidate will be a team player and have the ability to work on their own initiative in an organised and professional manner. A flexible attitude is a “must” as is attention to detail and excellent keyboard skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
