The Role: Quality Assurance Advisor

We are currently seeing to recruit a highly self-motivated, dynamic and successful Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, or Environmental professional as a result of strategic growth. Based at our Head Office in Glenrothes, Fife, the role will require the successful candidate to ensure the Company complies with legislation, as well as to be proactive in improving Company performance with relevant management standards.

Key elements of this full-time role will involve:

  • Complete internal audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, environmental and energy management systems for the Group
  • Work with sites to maintain compliance with legal requirements and company standards
  • Give advice on all aspects of health and safety, quality, environmental and chain of custody management systems
  • Support sites to ensure inductions, task instructions and competency assessments are completed correctly
  • Develop E-Learning training to ensure compliance with Management systems requirements
  • Assist Managers to carry out investigations as appropriate
  • Create Toolbox Talks & deliver when required

You: Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate would ideally have the following:

  • Quality assurance qualification
  • NEBOSH Qualification or equivalent
  • IEMA Certificate
  • Multisite manufacturing experience

As this role covers all of our UK sites then applicants must be prepared to travel and hold a full UK driving licence
